After the specified timeframe, cancellations will incur a non-refundable 100% fee to cover initial design and administrative costs. 2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances: - Design or measurement errors on the part of Elevated Custom Gowns. - Quality issues that cannot be rectified through alterations. 3. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to, explaining the reason for the request. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Elevated Custom Gowns. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. 4. Changes to the Design: Clients may make reasonable changes to the design within 7 days of placing the initial deposit. After this period, changes may be subject to additional fees depending on the complexity of the alterations. 6. Late Payment Policy: Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in the construction process. If payment is not received within 7 days of the agreed-upon date, Elevated Custom Gowns reserves the right to terminate the order, and any deposits and payments made to date will be non-refundable. 7.
